Travel day again! Today we will travel to Bergen by train. It is supposed to be one of the most beautiful train rides, so everyone is very excited. First, we had a nice breakfast at our hostel chamber. During our breakfast, some great stories were revealed to the world: The day before we ended up on the rooftop of our hostel where we had some drinks. On the rooftop, we met people from another study trip from the University of Eindhoven. We had interesting conversations about how they are organized and what kind of companies they have visited here. Ilse H. and Puck even ended up going into the city center with them. They had some dances and eventually returned home early in the morning. Although they had a very nice evening the day after was a bit tougher for them.
After our last meal at the Anker hostel in Oslo, we had our daily morning briefing given by our daily commissioners Floor and Imke. Everyone was nice on time so we even could start 10 minutes before schedule! First, we took the tram to the central station. Here some people got the necessary travel equipment like lunch and Burger King. On the train, we figured out we were divided into three cozy departments.

During the ride, we discovered the beautiful landscapes of Norway. We have seen mountains, lakes, waterfalls, and over a hundred tunnels. Although a lot of pictures were made here below here is a small collection of the best ones.

Once we arrived in Bergen, we took the bus to our new hostel. After we discovered the great possibilities of our hostel windows, we enjoyed a nice pizza buffet with a great view over Bergen. Tomorrow it is scheduled to go hiking on Mount Ulriken. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s blog!
